Terms of service

These terms cover your use of SvnBd, the Subversion hosting console at rbd.svn.bd. By using it, you agree to them.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Administrators decide who can read and write each repository and are responsible for those settings.
Your content
What you commit stays yours. We store and serve it only to run the service. Do not store anything you have no right to, or anything illegal.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed as shown in the console. If an invoice stays unpaid, the account becomes read-only: you can still check out and read your repositories, but cannot commit until it is settled.
Availability and backups
We work to keep the service running and back it up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything important. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data.
Ending use
You can stop using SvnBd at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Using SvnBd after a change means you accept it.
